For property managers
RPM supports letting agents, block management agents and estate/property management companies with multi-trade repairs, inspections, cleaning and planned maintenance across Kent and South East London.
The RPM Client App provides live job tracking, job updates and photo evidence so clients can see what has been reported, what is happening next and when the work is complete.
Tenant-reported leaks, heating faults, damaged doors, access issues, recurring drainage problems and communal-area defects.
Report the issue, let the team triage the next step, and use the RPM Client App for live job progress and relevant photographs.
The job scope, visit information, photographs, next actions and applicable completion or compliance documentation.
If access, a specialist part or a follow-up visit is required, the next action is recorded and communicated rather than left for the client to chase.

Real emergency experience
These anonymised examples use town names rather than private addresses. They do not represent a promised response time.
Folkestone
Situation: On a cold December night, a burst incoming water pipe affected a mixed-use property, flooding a basement bar and disrupting water supply to a restaurant and residential apartments.
RPM response: The main supply was isolated, emergency drinking water was arranged for vulnerable residents, and the damaged pipe was repaired. A secondary leak behind the restaurant kitchen wall was also identified and addressed. Follow-up rodent-proofing work was arranged.
Outcome: Water service was restored, further damage was reduced and the client received continuous updates through the RPM workflow.
Gillingham
Situation: On a cold December night, a tenanted family home experienced total heating failure.
RPM response: A Gas Safe engineer diagnosed an unrepairable PCB failure in an obsolete boiler. Temporary electric heaters and a hot-water solution were provided while a replacement was sourced, installed and commissioned.
Outcome: The household had temporary welfare support while the replacement was arranged, and the managing client received a clear route through diagnosis, installation and applicable documentation.
